By booking with Adventure Escape Tourism LLC (“Adventure Escape”), you agree to these conditions. A ‘Customer’ includes all individuals listed on the booking form. A ‘Product’ refers to any service provided by Adventure Escape.
Booking Confirmation: A contract between the customer and Adventure Escape is formed once booking confirmation is issued in writing. The person signing the booking form warrants authority on behalf of all listed individuals and confirms their understanding of these terms.
Jurisdiction: All matters concerning this contract are subject to UAE law and the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts. No alteration to these terms by Adventure Escape representatives is valid without written CEO authorization.
Booking Discretion: Adventure Escape reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion without explanation.
Website Operations: The website operates in two sections:
Section A: Tours, activities, and transfers are handled online.
Section B: Holiday packages with hotels and flight tickets require offline inquiry via email, call, WhatsApp, or LIVE chat.
Operator: The website and its contents are provided by a certified IT agency. Contact us at info@adventureescape.ae.
Fares & Arrangements: Prices may change due to factors beyond our control. Payment options include bank transfers, VISA, MasterCard, and other major credit cards.
Payment: Payments are processed securely online through Stripe and MamoPay, supporting various credit cards and digital wallets.
Cancellation Policy: Specific cancellation policies apply; refer to your Adventure Escape voucher for details. We reserve the right to cancel due to force majeure without compensation, offering refunds or alternative dates where possible.
Exclusion: Adventure Escape may refuse participation if eligibility requirements are not met or if participation poses risks.
Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance is strongly recommended for all activities.
Liability: Adventure Escape assumes no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage during activities.
Amendments: Booking amendments are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued within 30 working days, subject to terms and conditions.
